Our Speedy 360 Flexx has both a traditional CO2 laser, and a fibre laser, making it the only cutter on campus capable of directly etching metals, in addition to more traditional laser-friendly materials. This has been especially exciting for laser-etched print plates, and the rapid prototyping of circuit boards by directly etching the copper!
